We welcome new clients always. Upon your first visit to our clinic, we have you fill out a new client registration form to get all your information as well as your pets. It is also helpful to have your previous veterinary history for your pet, we can request that ahead of time from them when you book your appointment.
First, you would book an appointment with us. When you come in for your appointment, you will be warmly greeted, your pet will be weighed and we will get a brief history from you. The veterinarian will come in and examine your pet from head to toe and discuss with you, the owner any problems/concerns and exam findings.
Our appointment times are generally 20 minutes long but would be longer if required for your pet. After the exam has been completed any treatment that is required for your pet would be performed, whether that be medicating or further testing. Then you would go back up to our reception counter to pay your bill and pick up any necessary food, medication that you and the Dr.
have discussed. At this time we would also set up any additional follow up appointments that are required.
